Sick mother being used, need to move

Hello out there! to get directly to the point, My mother suffered a stroke a few years ago. Her favorite sister used avery underhanded trick she could use to isolate me from my mother, sell her home, move her(from California to Louisiana) away from her only child (me)and her only grand children. She (the sister) has been using my mothers money to provide her three children, grandchildren, and herself with financial stability. Meanwhile(since my mother's stroke she remembers very little and what she does remember is sporatic) my children don't even get a phone call or a birthday card. I was young when all of this transpired, had just lost my father, and afraid of my aunt. My mothers estate has dwindled to nothing( thanks to her loving sister) I need to find an affordable home or manufactured home to purchase or rent. i suggest you locate a person locally that has an RBI license, and get in touch with Greentree, financial(nationwide), to look for repossessed homes in your area, we have done this and gotten really nice late model (98-2002) units for pennies in the dollars. explain your dilemna to these folks with the (RBI)(not really sure what the rbi stands fro but think it is retailer/??/installer and has to do w Used mobile homes, but that qulifies them to bid on these homes, and generally go for about 8$ a foot(ex.-16' x 76'=1216sq. ft.x8=8-10000.00 for a home that may have sold for 60000.00 the year before, hope that helps & may god bless your mother.
