Value of a mobil home

I am going through a divorce and need to determine the value of a 1972 Atlantic 10 by 50 mobil home with a deck on it. It is a get away place. I have searched the Internet and can not find any way to determine it's value.

It is nearly impossible to get any quick generic figure for this type of home...

The value is in the loaction...not the home...In many parts of the country this home would have no value.....In some parts of the country it could be worth tens of thousands..

By the way...if it is a 1972..it is most likely a 12 wide home..
