additions

I am looking to either build on or buy an addition and would like some info to see if prefab additions are even built and where to purchase one. and any suggestions for building one. I love my mobil and have considerd buying a double wide but declined on that idea being I own what I have and don't need another bill. I live in New Hampshire so we deal with frost and snow alot I have been told many things from putting an addition on piers to slab. My mobil is not on a slab. Got any IDEAS
