My husband and I just put our house up for sale on Thursday. We are located in East Lansing Michigan. The house is in Dutch Hills Manufactured home park. Right off the I-69 East Lansing exit. It is a 98 Shultz. It has three bedrooms, two full baths, huge master bedroom and bath It is 1400square feet and is on one of the nicest sites in the park. We back right up to state land. The master bath also has a garden tub. Both baths and kitchen have sky lights. Valted ceilings through out. Haslett Schools which are one of the best in the mid michigan area. The reason we are moving is that we are looking for some land and it would be to expensive to move. We plan on buying a new one. We are asking only 36,000.00. It also comes with central air that my husband put in. He is in the heating and cooling buisness. If you are interested just let me know. Thank you.
