First time home owner looking to by MH or modular

Relocating to Naples or Fort Meyers Florida area need listing of some MH dealers also would appreciate any info about owning one we need to purchase a lot or land too. I see might need to do a lot of homework before buying. Would be interesting in hearing all details and I mean all whether good or bad. How much lot/land costs, taxes on them, insurance etc.
