Insurance claimed Double wides

Does anyone know how to find these double wides that have smoke damage or water damage that insurance company will sale as a sealed bid?!?!?! (In Virginia or Tennessee area)
If the insurance company is selling the home..they have totalled it...In most states this means the title is retired or becomes a salvage title and cannot ever be lived in again..You would have to check with the laws in your state...
If it is legal to sell them..you might want to check with your local insurance adjusters for more info..
