How does one go about trading in a Manufactured home? We are considering either purchasing a new Manufactured home or having a home built. In a trade in issue, is it rather like trading in a car ie; better to sell privately or do they give you a fair price on trade in. We have a 1991 Redman home 24x72 with wood panel siding and in good condition. New paint inside and out and a newer A/C. We have never owned a manufactured home before so all of this is very new. Would appreciate any help.
