Marlette Homes

Post by Nita W » Thu Jul 04, 2002 4:52 pm

Okay, I've read Randy Eaton's books, been to one factory tour, talked w/ several manufactured dealers and and almost ready to place a down payment on a Marlette Manufactured Home, but what I would really like, is to receive information from current or previous home owners of the Marlette brand of homes. I am looking at a Super Good Cents, Desert Manor Series triple wide, which from what I understand is a line particular to the NW. We currently live in a 1979 Marlette, and for all intensive purposes even at its current age in in pretty good shape.
Thank you in advance for any information I receive.

Thanks for the information...but I have those resources....I was armed with those manuals when I went to the plant, and the dealerships....now I am looking for actual homeowners...to see how they feel about their Marlette Homes, after they bought them. thanks again....

Bought a Marlette last year from Tri-Cities and I am very pleased with it. Seems to be solid. The only other one I was considering was a Valley Quality Home. They are better built, but this being a summer place I could not justify the extra cash
