I have no credit nor bank account but I have a nice paying job.Most of the thing I
own is a result of dealing with rental companies and yes I even rent a home.
However,I'm looking for a moble home for my family.I may not be able to make a
large down-payment if any,however I'm able to keep up a well balanced monthly
payment.We are a family of three staying in a one bed-room home with one little-
one due in August.Finding other rent home is costly and hard to come by.
I realize credit and bank accounts helps alot but if God is who he says he is God
will provide.

The next highest authority to the one you mentioned...Uncle Sam...does have finance plans that will help you..

The FHA...normally requires only 3% down, will give you credit for your rental furniture accounts, rent, electric and other utlilties bills, monthly payments on auto insurance, buy here pay here auto accounts and any other monthly payments that you have...even day care centers...

Lenders can even arrange for charitable non-profits to pay the 3% down in your behalf...Find a lender or dealer skilled in FHA and check it out..

I have minor credit problems due to others. But I have a great paying job at the casinos. I just don't understand when other people who don't have a good job with bad credit can buy but I can't.
