secured loan

i own a single wide w/land. free and clear. i need to get a secured loan mainly for debt consolidation. does anyone make these kind of loans? my credit is less than perfect, but not too bad. although i've been in the same line of work for 10 years, i relocated 6 months ago and joined a new company in florida.
