I LIVE IN BROKEN ARROW OKLAHOMA AND I AM LOOKING FOR A HOME THAT THE OWNER IS WILLING TO HOLD THE NOTE WITH A GOOD DOWN ,I WILL NEEED LAND INCLUEDED AS A PACKAGE I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN A MOBIL HOME PARK AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A GURAUGE TO PARK THE CAR MUST BE FENCED UNLESS ITS IN THE COUNTRY. WOULD LIKE IT TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE I WILL CONSIDER NEW OR USED
