I can not tell you all how many times we could have sold our mobile home by listing it on this site.
For the cost of $20.00, we are still getting responses to our ad.
We love the beach and at our age could not afford to buy a home for the prices they are getting today. We had decided to move inland just so we could own our own home again. When we actually had a buyer we realized that location, location, location was more than we could give up. We took our home off the market.
We thank all those who have responded to our ad but most of all we thank this wonderful site for allowing us to have a very inexpensive way to get the word out that our home was FOR SALE.
