I am looking for a lender who will help us... we are looking at single and double wide mobile/manufactured homes in parks. I have a company that I use that will get loans approved with 5% down to 20% if you credit score is 620 or higher you may get a lower payment also we do loan sanywhere....call 406-763-4955 thanks Renee
