need financing for doublewide

I am looking to purchase a brand new doublewide mobile home in a mobile home park in New York State.... I have blemished credit, with a credit score of 580. I have not had any luck getting financed. I was pre-approved for a stick built home, but can't get anyone to finance me for a modular home....I will be using my present mobile home as trade in. I owe nothing on this home...I make more then enough annually to make the payments. Can you please tell me if there is a lender out there that can help me....Is there such a thing as guaranteed financing for a mobile home, like there is for a car......any help would be appreciated....I am looking to finance 44 thousand...
