Thanks for having so much info and opportunity to talk with others regarding the subject of manufactured housing. I'm new to this type of home ownership, and appreciate all the help here. I am selling my condo to realize significant equity now and looking to purchase a home with most of the profits, eliminating mortgage payments and instead putting money aside in 401K for future.
