2001 buyer

In 2001, I believe my husband and a friend may have purchased a manufactued house in North Carolina. His name is Allen G. Adams and he is from Framingham, MA. Would you have any records of this transaction--it may not have gone through. I believe it may have occured in January of that year. The purchase may have been made in Charlotte, NC. I have interest as Conseco and now Green Tree Servicing are listed on MY credit report. Thus, I am entitled to know how my credit has been used.
I appreciate any assistance you are able to provide.

Get the account number ofthe Greentree account on your file..Then call them and ask for a copy of "your" contract..If your name is on it...take it to an attorney for advice..At the time of this purchase there were a few bad dealers out there..You would not be the first who has a loan ands no home...
