model sales contract question

Post by Ceci » Tue Oct 12, 2004 8:44 pm

Does anyone have any advice about where I can find a model sales contract for the sale of a manufactured home? I want to save my family the cost of asking a lawyer. Thank you in advance.

If this is a home only sale...a bill of sale and title transfer is all that is needed...A basic bill of sale can be had at any office supply store..It might need a small amount of modification....but not much..

If there is real estate involved...an attorney should be involved..

For the least expensive way to have an attorney review this is to go to this webpage and become a member---17.00 per month and they will review your contact at NO COST

I was just visiting your wonderful area for the holidays...Had to notice all those older manufactured home parks with hundreds of older homes still in great shape after all the hurricanes..To hear it here..all were destroyed..I saw many 60's and 70's models all in great shape..

Call dealers in your area for reference to movers...they will know who is good and who is not..Good luck..
