to sell her mobile home. It is a 14 x 70, two-bedroom, 2 bath, in good condition. She paid $22,000 for it new in 1999, and I'm now asking only $13,500. The mobile home is located in Baton Rouge, LA.

Please if there's anyone out there selling a trailer in the baton rouge area, please email me at [email protected]. Must me in pretty good condition. If carpet or minor things need to be replaced, that's o.k. Preferably 98 and up and less its been renovated.
