Good luck to you Buddy. Not on finding your perfect home, but securing the financing. My husband and I have ben trying unsucessfully in finding a lender for our home. Currently on Land Contract terms but we know the owner would really like us to buy her out. That's what we are trying to do. We've been working on this almost fulltime and are continuelly hitting dead ends. Any suggestions?

Hi I have 2002 fairmont Primo condition neutral throughout and blue carpeting a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 skylight in each bath and fireplace with gutters and down spouts shingled roof and central air and satellite dish.Its a 28 X 40 1,120 sq ft. in Ravenna,Ohio.Selling it for 40,000.We would like to get a house our family has expanded.There are some lender's that will help if have troubled credit.
