If you would like, I can send you pictures of my mobile home. I have only lived in it for 5 years and I bought in new. It looks exactly like the one you find on the screen when you first come to this web sight. Green shutters, white siding 76 X16 sq ft. We also put up gutters out side. We put in ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the front room. It is actually very nice. I recently took a job in Petoskey Michigan. Up there I can not take my home due to the 20 lb roof load that my home will hold. With all of the snow they get up there they require a roof that will hold 70 lb's. If you would like to consider buying my home, I will sell it to you for what I currently owe on it. I promise you you would really like it. If you want pictures write me back and let me know. It comes with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. One has a jacuzzy tub. For extra storage room we also put in medacine cabinets in the bathrooms. We just put in a new dryer! We also have all of the appliances you would need. washer,dryer, fridge.stove microwave, dishwaher, water softenor. Along with adding on a big deck that can be moved. it is approx. 8 x 32 ft. it reaches from one door to the other. If you rconcerned about what it may cost to move it? i would be willing to share the expence.
