Need infor on 1994 Fleetwood home!!!

I live in South Carolina and I have a 1994 Fleetwood.I am presently trying to trade it in and the company is only wanting to allow me $4,500.00 as a trade in.Does anyone know what this home could be worth,I owe around $2,500.00 on it.It has two bedrooms and one bath. The Date of manufacture was 10/04/03.The Hud number is GEO753980.I have the serial number if you need it.The name of the home is Weston by Fleetwood.Any help would be appreicated.Thanks Seroled

Take the money and run! Reasons being, fleetwood is a low end manufacture, the value retail is about 8,000 or less. Its 2 bedroom so it will be harder to sell. And if south carolina is anything like va. then the repo market is good, and the average retail buyer can spend 10,000 and get a 2000 model or newer home. If your looking for a new doublewide or singlewide, dont buy new. call greentree finance. They have alot of repos. Hope i was a help
