Moving modular in Reno NV

Our house is currently situated in a park, we would like to move it onto a diffferent piece of property and putting it on a foundation and making it into real property. We have a 1990 golden west, 2 x 6 construction. We are looking for any information regarding, coding, and also future refinancing on it. thanks for any info.
