I am thinking about buying 2 MH to move on my property in Northern California. I do not know anything about MH. I only want the best, however I do not know who or what the best is. If anyone has any input that would be great. Thanks.

I own a titan mobil home 14x70, love it but it can be alot of work, the floors on almost all mobils are cheaply made and water from a shower door being left open can ruin them, BELEIVE me we are in the process of adding on and repairing ours.I thing I do know is that make sure your mobils were made for your area, there is different roof weights meaning if you get alot of snow and buy a roof designed for the desert your roof will collapse. they build them for certain zones. Another good thing to consider is will your mobil be big enough see we purchased this one not realizing we would need more room. and were you put it, would it be easy to add on is there enough room to do that.Also your state may have regulations on how many on your land and even may require you to have 2 septic systems, if you don't have a town source for that. hope I gave you an insite.
