Bridge insurance?

Does anyone know how to bridge the gap between the time the dealer drops the house and gets paid and the time you get the certificate of occupancy, and move in the home? Will an insurance company write a policy covering my investment until all inspections are done and the home is occupied? In my particular park they require stucco skirting and that takes time and the county won't release the CO until it is done and inspected this could take 2 months---please give me some advise---J Brady ,Florida
