Insurance Rates

My wife and I are looking for a relatively new manufactured home in either the east coast, Vero Beach or the Gulf coast, Tampa bay area. Are there any appreciable insurance cost differentials that we should consider, one coast vs the other. I'm budgeting for about $2500 annually per $100K value. Thank you.
