COULD YOU ADVISE A BALLPARK ESTIMATE OF INSURANCE COSTS FOR A TWO STORY CONRETE BLOCK HOME, 1236 SQ FT ON NETTLES ISLAND, JENSEN BEACH FLORIDA. SELLING PRICE 269,000. MOST HOMES ON THIS ISLAND ARE MOBILE OR MANUFACTURED HOMES. MANY OF THE NEWER HOMES ARE CONCRETE BLOCK. HOW MUCH HIGHER WOULD THE PREMIUM BE FOR A MANUFACTURED OR MOBILE HOME IN THAT SAME PRICE RANGE. COULD YOU PLEASE ALSO ADVISE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT WOULD OFFER COVERAGE FOR THIS ISLAND SO I COULD CONTACT THEM TO GET A DETAILED QUOTE. THANK YOU

This board ia for manufactured home info...but you casn expect insurance to be high..with deductables very high..in the $50K range..The state of FL has an insurance fund to cover these high risk locations....Check with a local insurance agent...
