selling.

I am paying on this home, but have a contract on it to sell with an option to buy. 4 years. about one and a half to go. The people love the place, they are retired. They own a mobile home now, have their son living in it and making the payments for one and a half year to go.But my tanents cant get an other loan untill their own deal is payed for. In the mean time, I have to payextra for insurance and it's eating me alive. Can I sell this property now to someone else?
