Insurance on MH

We have a 96 Fleetwood 28 x 60 which we were told if we ever put on a permanent foundation it would save $ on insurance. Well we put this home on a basement in 03, and added on a room to put steps to basement in. However insurance on this home has been expensive and it keeps going up. It has been classified by our Ins co as a class B dwelling? what ever that means. My relatives have a large home (not a MH) with a 3 car garage and they pay a lot less that us. How can we get affordable MH insurance, we are in IL?
