I am seeking sources of financing to acquire approximately 100 homes for resale to my residents on a Lease Purchase basis...Chattel Financing/Business Inventory Financing.

I keep ending up with local banks and credit lines as the most probable source. Am I headed in the right direction? Does anyone know of available lenders? FICO score and net worth should not be a problem for my investors to qualify.
