Urgent water damage who should we talk to?

Dear Experts,

My mother recently purchased and moved into a Karsten manufactured home in TX. The home is 1 week old, and the toilets are already leaking, causing water damage.

My mom is crestfallen, extremely upset as this is happening after a long, stressful move.

What are her rights in this situation? Who would be the best person/group/website to talk to?

Thanks very much for any assistance you can provide.

Sincerely,

- Jeff in Tx

Where are the toilets leaking from?
She should contact where she bought the home from and let them know what's up.
The toilets should have been tightened up when the home was set.

Karsten says they have a 10 year warranty...

Your mom should have gotten info on warranty when she bought the home...Call the dealer..or..check out the owners manual and call the plant..

This should be done ASAP..
