Hi,
We are a UK family buying a holiday home in Florida.
It is a 1998 Manufactured home, when we are not there we would like to rent to others on vacation.
Can you help with this?

I'd suggest hiring a management firm to handle it for you, especially since you won't even be in the country. They handle finding and screening renters, collecting rent, making repairs, etc, for a set fee or percentage of the rent. In your case, I'd say it would definately be worth the expense.
