Home Owners Insurance types

A Home Owners - 3 policy is usually (on stick-built) automatically replacement cost coverage. Does anyone write HO3 on manufactured housing? (They didn't to my knowledge when I was an agent in 1986.)

Many manufactured home policies are offered with full replacement cost coverage..some are standard with it ..some treat full replacement as an option..unfortunately a few offer one option for full replacement on contents and a separate option for full replacement of the home...These options are usually very inexpensive..
