Liability insurance during rehab

Hi,

I've recently purchase a piece of property in Upstate NY with an existing double wide mobile home to be used as seasonal camp. We are in the process of rehabbing the mobile home as it not livable in its current condition. We have been unable to obtain since the mobile can not be occupied. We nevertheless want to obtain some kind of liabliity coverage for during the rehab project. Are such policies avialable? If so where?

GOOD LUCK!! I tried the source listed on the home page and after a LOT of wasting time-they said they wont cover during re-hab,Let me know if you find a source.
