trailer defination

i had a single wide mobile home,over time i stick built a house around and complete roofed over,single wideis 675 sq ft now over 2800 plus deck and screened porch.,vynyl siding the complete house,cant tell trailer is there.the count started taxing as stick built house,no sticker needed.the appriasal came back in oct. as ranch worth 109500.but i rasied the inc.to 110000 last week for refinacing but they insured as mobile home . why,this is causing problems with remorgege.please help,also total with all other coverge inside property and else,total167,750 premium is over 1300 dollars
