I am a manufactured homebroker in Florida that works with investors to purchase manufactured homes already on land(ie: real property) that have been foreclosed on by the bank.At which point I have crews that rehabilate the homes fully and then remarket the the homesite. What I'm looking for is property insurance for the dwelling during the rehab and remarketing process.Average insurance coverage to be no greater than 50,000.If you can provide this service please E-mail me at [email protected].

I am doing the same thing in Texas, I cannot find anybody to insure mobile homes until they are sold. If you have found somebody please let me know what company it is.

Thanks

I am selling property with a manufactured home already in place. The buyers are concerned that they may not be able to purchase homeowner's insurance. What information can you provide me?
