RENT LOSS

I am refinancing my 14x70 mobile home that I rent. The lender is asking me to have RENT LOSS insurance. I have tried to find this but have had no luck. Can anyone tell me an insurance company who will give me a quote for that?

Did you find your rnet loss inusrance. We are doing a refi and I am alos looking for the same coverage for my borrower.

Same thing, we bought a piece of property with a mobile home on it from the foreclosure sale. Now we're trying to finance it and need rent-loss insurance. Do you know of any insurance company who has rent-loss insurance for mobile homes? Any help would be greatly appreciated...we're ready to sign the docs. This is the last hoop to jump through...
