I will close on my home/land package on 9/12 and need insurance. I have a history that is not so desirable. State Farm, where I was paying $780 per yr., canceled my reg. homeowners ins. due to water damage claims I had. I am insured with Hull & Co. for about $1,200 per yr for my $130,000 home. I had a bankruptcy discharged in 4/2003. Am I going to have a difficult time in getting insurance on a mobile home. I am purchasing a 2003 Fleetwood - home value about 55,000 and land about 45,000.
