I am considering purchasing a singlewide in West Central Florida (about 60 miles inland).

Will a have a problem getting financing or insurance?

Has anyone been down this road yet? I heard that getting financing on singlewides may be difficult.........

Insurance should not be any problem. If you do experience a problem acquiring insurance, you can go the insurance site on the website www. mobilehome.com and fill out a short application.
