Ins for MFH different?

I have been told that MFH insurance is different than regular home insurance. How so? We are buying a 2002 Champion, in a resident owned park, it's not on a foundation. It's been used as a model for a year. What kind of coverage other than replacement value, content value do I need? Is it higher than regular? Thanks ahead of time. Irene
