I just purchased a small trailer park. I would like to get a quote for insurance. i presently have coverage until next december...........michael............

IF you are in Texas, contact Mr Hicks!
He is an expert in the Mobile Home Insurance business in TEXAS.
He's an independent agent & has lots of contacts in the insurance AND mobile home industry....He retired from a Mobile Home Sales business, but kept his insurance business.

We are in need of mhp insurance coverage in the surrounding area of Oklahoma
city Oklahoma. No prior claims after l0+ years. Prior insurer cxl coverage for
all mhp don't want to do anymore..no other reason.
Two different parks. One with own water supply and the other with
each lot has own water/sewer etc.
Under 200 spaces. Reasonable quotes only. Remember no claims.
Corp or other ownership.
Min. park owned mobiles is at one under l0 and at the other under 3
Deductable l000.00 submit for coverage of approx. 2.5 million liability general
liaibility etc. SUBMIT BY 4/20/2003 ONLY

I HAVE A DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE 24 FT. BY 48 FT. I LIVE IN MARINERS COVE AT 505 KNOLL WAY. I'M LOOKING AT INSURING IT FOR $ 60,000
