Trying to do my homework pre-purchase of a new mfgd home, and find out nobody wants to write our MH insurance because we own more than 2 horses -- even tho they are covered under a separate liability policy.

The dealer wants to include 3 years prepaid insurance with the loan, but what happens after the 3 years is up if I can't secure insurance? YIKES! What a mess that would be.

Does anybody have any ideas, experience, or comments on this? Appreciate your time.

unreal.....gee we do horse rescue I guess we are SOL for a new home purchase then too....

I guess having 4 wheelers and guns doesnt count against you....animals do!

sorry but this just really ticks me off.....try the farm bureau in your area....
this was a huge concern of mine as well...you may want to try Markel or sportsmans as well....not sure if this helps...but we are in the same boat as you now.....let me know what you find out please!
