short term insurance coverage

Sirs,
How or where can we obtain short term insurance coverage on pre-owned SW mobile homes which we buy, cash, then re-sell and provide the financing. We contacted several insurance firms, both local and national. They would not consider coverage because the home was vacant.

Would appreciate your suggestions.
