Looking for all Adult Community in FL

I am new to FL and am looking to buy a MH in an adult community only but I am not 55yo yet! I am in the Orlando area, and short of driving all over the place, is there a site I can go to, to find those type of communities? I would appreciate any information. Thank you!

"Plantation Oaks" in Flagler Beach, Fl- I-95 exit 90. You can look up on the Web.
It is a wonderful community, everyone feels that way here. Good Luck!

If you want a great home at a great price look in LAKE MARIANA ESTATES in winter haven.
About 200 owned lots (no rent) on lake. Homes are about 50,000 to 60000 and a 35.00 ANNUAL association fee.
