I have a brand new home that was bought at auction. Home was a dealer repo
and the manufacturer of this home is declining the warranty because I bought this
at a Dealer Repo Auction. The home has never been tittled before. Do you know
of any companies out there that have an extended warranty or something like it I can purchase..

Search around this site a little...You can buy them here..

By the way...the factory warranty should be in force..unless the home was set up and lived in...how you bought it is not important to HUD..Of course..factories do not warranty set up and cosmetics items...
