I have a double wide that is 4 years old. I am trying to sell and have been for a while. My current insurance policy has expired and the company dropped me due to the home being vacant. I have to maintain a certain amount of coverage due to the fact that I still have a mortgage on the home.

Do you know of any companies that will insure the home while trying to sell?

Emptying deceased parent's house in order to sell. Current homeowner's policy

expires 5/18/06. Blair county, Altoona PA.

Cannot afford high rate, house is costly due to utility payments.
