First time buyer - HELP

I'm going to a MH show and am beginning to look. Can you briefly let me know the very important details of: 1) a good quality manufacturer; 2) extras that I should be sure and have equipped with the MH, 3) signing for a MH - What should I make absolutely sure is in the fine print?
Scared to death to be doing this, but I want a nice home and as little of problems as possible. Don't want to be green in this area with regrets after it's too late. Thank you.
