Insurance on the second home

I'm thinking about a MH as a second home in north Fl.. We currently own a home and live in central Fl.. The home will be in a neighborhood with neighbors, but out in the country. Theres only a volenteer fire department. We or someone in the family will occupy the home several days per month with extended stays on holidays. Can I expect an annual insurance rate comparible to a home that would be lived in full time or a considerable higher rate?

Rates for a seasonal home are a little higher but generally not much higher. The difference is in the coverages such as personal property replacement cost. It is usually not available because the contents are left unattended and the perceived risk is higher.
