Vintage Mobile Home Insurance

Hi.
I recently purchased a 1957 Monarch mobile home. The dimensions are 8x34.
My intention is to at least gut it and rebuild it as a "tiny house on wheels."
I may end up tearing it down always to the trailer deck and building new structure.
It will be parked in a rented parking lot (not a mobile home park) so I can demo and reconstruct it.
When I called one insurance company they basically require proof that the thing has been rebuilt before I can insure it.
How can I insure the structure before it's rebuilt? Any ideas on which companies could/would provide the insurance?
Thanks in advance!
