I have a consumer complaint filed against the manufacturer of my home. I contacted my insurance company to complete a assessment of the condition of my four-year-old home. I did not file a claim with my insurance company in regard to the defects. I just needed to give my complaint more clout, so to speak.
However, my insurance company is now dropping me because I cannot provide proof that my home has been fixed. My consumer complaint is still in process.
What can I do to keep my insurance?
