How does a fireplace in a Manufactured home effect insurance cost? Is there a big difference, if any. I will be living in rural suburb of Oklahoma City, OK. Is it possible to get replacement insurance on a MH like a stick home?

With the insurance companies we write for, if the fireplace is factory installed, there is not an additional charge in OK. If the fireplace has been added in, the charge is generally $50.00.
